HubL Formatter - Terms, Privacy & Refund Policy

1. Terms of Service
1.1 Agreement
By purchasing, installing, or using the HubL Formatter browser extension ("Extension"), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the Extension.
1.2 License
- Grant: One license key = one device at a time
- Duration: 1 year from purchase (renewable)
- Scope: Personal or commercial use for formatting HubL/HTML/CSS/JS in HubSpot Design Manager
1.3 Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Share, resell, or distribute your license key
- Use one license on multiple devices simultaneously
- Reverse engineer or modify the Extension
- Use the Extension for unlawful purposes
1.4 Payment
All payments are processed by Stripe . By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe Services Agreement and Stripe Privacy Policy .
1.5 Activation & Verification
- Your license activates on one device
- The Extension periodically verifies your license online
- You can deactivate and transfer to another device via settings
- License violations may result in revocation without refund
1.6 Updates
We may release updates for improvements or bug fixes. These Terms may be updated; continued use means acceptance.
1.7 Intellectual Property
The Extension and "StudioNope" brand are property of CODE PULSE IO SRL, protected by copyright law.
1.8 Disclaimer
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Extension formats code but does not guarantee the formatted code will function correctly in HubSpot or any other environment. You are solely responsible for testing and validating any formatted code before use in production.
1.9 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim.
1.10 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CODE PULSE IO SRL from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Extension, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
1.11 Termination
- By you: Uninstall and stop using the Extension
- By us: We may revoke licenses for Terms violations
- Upon termination, your license ends immediately
1.12 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bucharest.
1.13 General
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CODE PULSE IO SRL regarding the Extension.
- Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
- Assignment: You may not transfer your license. We may assign our rights without restriction.

2.7 Chrome Web Store Compliance
- We only access hubspot.com domains for formatting
- Your code is processed locally, never sent to our servers
- We do not sell your data
- We only request necessary permissions
2.8 Children
The Extension is not for users under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
2.9 International Transfers
Data may be processed in the US (Google, Stripe) and EU (Firebase). We use Standard Contractual Clauses for EU compliance.

3. Refund Policy
3.1 Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. No questions asked.
3.2 How to Request a Refund

3.3 Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed through Stripe within 5-10 business days
- Refunds go back to the original payment method
- Upon refund, your license is deactivated

- Request is made after 14 days
- License was revoked due to Terms violations
- Fraudulent activity is detected
3.5 Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds or prorated refunds for unused time on annual licenses.
